Senior Recruiter for North America

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in North America. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring diverse candidate flow.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for North America.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
- Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on North America.
- Validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required.
- Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
