Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on North America.">
- Validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and negotiate complex compensation packages.">
- Extraordinary communication and influencing skills, along with strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.">
- Proficiency in social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards) and software like MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.">
- Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and talent relationship management systems is preferred.">
