Strategic Operations Coordinator For Latin America

The Center for Reproductive Rights is a leading global human rights organization dedicated to advancing reproductive rights as fundamental human rights. We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Vice President, Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Prioritize strategic objectives and optimize your time by managing the Vice President's calendar.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Ensure the Vice President is prepared for internal and external meetings by organizing briefing materials and serving as a liaison between departments.
- Time and Communication Management: Prioritize the Vice President's incoming email and draft responses as needed.
- Executive Representation: Anticipate program needs and take initiative to strategize solutions with relevant parties across the organization.
You will work closely with the LAC team and other departments to advance key actions and ensure successful program outcomes. To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Spanish and English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $72,500 per year, commensurate with experience.
