We are a high-performance real estate team seeking a skilled Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our growth and success, you will be responsible for cold-calling leads, building rapport with sellers, and establishing relationships between our company and clients.
Your primary objective will be to collect property information, set up appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have experience in sales, public relations, or negotiation roles, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive base salary of $700-$1000 USD, plus bonuses, and an uncapped earning potential. Our schedules range between 40-48 hours per week, and we provide continuous training to help you reach your goals and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold call a minimum of 150 leads per day
- Book a minimum of 5 appointments per day
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and collect property information
- Fulfill submission forms as per company operational procedures
- Post deals to Slack and communicate with Acquisition Specialists
- Accurately document progress and leads
- A great attitude and positive mindset
- Competitive, confident, perseverant, and persuasive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational and Time-Management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation Roles
- Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn and adapt to the U.S. Real Estate Market
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Familiarity and experience with American Culture is a big plus
