Join SAP as a Renewals Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewals Operations Associate to join our team at SAP. As a Renewals Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Renewals Management team by providing analytical and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support to the Renewals Management team by reviewing, gathering, and identifying key business metrics and standards.
  • Prepare weekly renewals forecast information and support ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Maintain a clean renewals pipeline by tracking opportunities in the system.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-1 year of professional experience, preferably in operations-related fields.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Power BI knowledge.
  • English language proficiency (Level 2: Conversational).
