About the Role

The Operations Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company, providing high-level assistance to the CEO, and managing client and partner communication. This role requires a balance of operational efficiency, organizational skills, and effective communication across various business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow across multiple business units.
  • Streamline processes using tools like Google Spreadsheets and Zapier to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Provide high-level support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners.
  • Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and other key documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on client inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Manage CRM and outreach tools to support lead generation and client onboarding.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong attention to detail, proficiency in LinkedIn, and experience using tech platforms such as Slack, Notion, and Asana. Strong communication and planning skills are also essential.
