**Nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro Country Property Lead
**

**Objetivo**:Ser el responsable de conocer los puntos de dolor de los clientes en Administración para su país, para liderar, diseñar e implementar la mejora con los Country Managers, Head of Ops, Coordinadores de Células y otras áreas involucradas.
Debe medir el impacto de las acciones y conocer los indicadores de administración de su país a profundidad.
**Requisitos y Funciones**:

- CSAT
- Churn
- Tiempo de Resolución
- Tickets por Propiedad Republicaciones y Renovaciones
- ** Funciones y/o entregables bajo su responsabilidad**:

- Levantar los principales dolores de los clientes a través de los tickets de servicio, NPS, CSAT y otras fuentes que se tiene en la operación
- Priorizar las diferentes causas raíces de las métricas a la baja y priorizar de acuerdo a los lineamientos estratégicos del país
- Conocer y activar el Customer Journey para mejorar la experiência del cliente e impactar positivamente el Churn
- Medir el impacto de las acciones tomadas ya sea en eficiencia al equipo de ejecutivos o disminución de los tickets por propiedad
- Compartir buenas prácticas con los otros Country Leads para establecer procesos regionales que mejoren la experiência
- Generar soluciones con las operaciones locales y bajar soluciones regionales para mejorar procesos que impacten positivamente al área de Administración
- Liderar la solución de casos específicos de Administración en el país
