Medical Leadership Opportunity

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an exceptional Country Medical Director Colombia to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the medical organization in Colombia and Peru, providing strategic guidance to drive business growth and improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive medical strategy to support business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Development/RCO, Patient Safety, and external partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical science and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical strategies
  • Represent BMS at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (Physician) or Science PhD
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical leadership experience
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency
  • Results-oriented, positive, resilient attitude, and ability to adapt quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational performance, influence matrix organizations, and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong scientific agility, external focus, and patient-centric approach
