CORPORATE REAL ESTATE AMERICAS is responsible for managing properties on behalf of DHL Group. We offer a wide range of services, including commercial, construction, and facility management, to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Job Description:
- Support Site Managers, Accounting, Asset management, and property owners.
- Complete lease administration tasks.
- Track and manage multiple projects and activities.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate programs and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with site managers regarding landlord notices.
- Provide visibility for upcoming expirations and important appointments within CRE.
- Develop and maintain a centralized database of facility data and information.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives, submit ideas, and track progress.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive reporting, analyze results, and provide summaries to stakeholders.
- Manage customer-centric projects as assigned.
- Monitor the CREA Landlord mailbox and process requests.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
- Support lease interpretation and analytical reviews.
- Maintain and validate documentation, including SOPs, job aids, and process flows.
- E nsure financial accounts comply with IFRS16, LEAP Coordinators, and DHL Group policies.
