Discover a world of career possibilities with Sagan.Position Overview:As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily in the real estate industry.
You'll need to demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and the ability to navigate customer challenges while ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the team.
We are seeking candidates who embody our core values of genuine curiosity, over-communication, energetic attitudes, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential clients through outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead databases.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and document detailed notes in the CRM.Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads to support long-term engagement.Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique situations, especially regarding foreclosures.Collaborate with internal teams to share lead insights and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications: Strong English language ability (both written and verbal)Excellent organizational and communication skillsPrevious experience in lead generation or outbound sales (real estate experience is a bonus)Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure situationsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of real estate, particularly foreclosures or distressed property salesExperience with lead management systems and outbound calling platformsPlease note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and an introductory video in English format.
