About the role We are seeking a Country Manager for Colombia to oversee P&L, drive business growth, and expand our market presence.
This role requires a sales-oriented leader with a passion for coaching and mentoring, and a vision for maintaining and growing market share.
Lead and motivate a team of Key Account Managers, academic leaders, and consultants.
Drive business growth and commercial strategy in Colombia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Represent Cambridge English legally and commercially in the country.
About you 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and team leadership.
Strong strategic mindset and ability to drive business growth.
Proficiency in Salesforce & Microsoft Office.
Fluent English (B2 level) and excellent communication skills.
University degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Availability for national and international travel.
This role is ideal for highly organised individuals with strong negotiation skills, proven strategic development experience, and natural leadership qualities who thrive under pressure.
