Country Manager for Salesforce

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Country Manager for our Colombia office, who can lead our sales efforts and build a strong sales organization from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Colombian market, a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include setting and executing a sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, managing customer relationships, and developing and implementing strategies for expanding our customer base.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex business environments and make informed decisions that drive results.
