You are the first human point of contact with a potential guest, making the first and lasting impression on behalf of the company.
Your job is to determine a customer's specific moving needs and guide them to the right CEND solution.
This is a newly launched sales function, requiring flexibility and creativity as you help develop call scripts and other process enhancements.
Responsibilities: Contacting potential guests primarily through phone, email, or chat.
Qualifying guest's needs, presenting CEND's product or service solutions, and closing deals.
Reviewing virtual surveys of goods to be shipped, developing cubic feet and weight conversion for pricing.
Building pricing utilizing CEND's tools and partners to meet guest needs.
Upselling CEND products and services to enhance revenue generation on each sale.
Developing and refining pricing tools, models, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Utilizing available technology including HubSpot.
Partnering excellently with operations and finance systems.
Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in pricing and sales.
Fluency in English.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage leads, follow up, and bookings.
Ability to manage incoming leads while converting existing leads.
Strong organizational skills to manage a busy set of priorities.
Ability to engage with individuals of all ages, learning and understanding their buying patterns and adjusting accordingly.
Collaborative work ethic to support team success and ensure high conversion ratios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach, ability to work in teams and independently, taking initiative.
Experience in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and raising ideas and questions.
Moving experience is a plus.
