Sales Executive Medellín
El Sales Executive o Gerente de Ventas B2B es responsable de garantizar la promoción de ventas y la generación de ingresos de todos los productos disponibles en las ubicaciones específicas de Socialtel Medellín. El Gerente de Ventas representará al equipo Comercial en las instalaciones de los hoteles.
El candidato debe conocer la ciudad y el país asignados, los principales mercados de hospitalidad de alimentación, y deberá desarrollar asociaciones y promociones de marca de ventas.
Responsabilidades- Lograr los objetivos de ingresos para todos los productos (alojamiento, alimentos y bebidas, otros).
- Gestionar, retener y hacer crecer los clientes establecidos (negocios individuales y de grupos).
- Responsable de todos los procesos de ventas a nivel local y de sinergias con otras locaciones.
- Atender consultas de clientes y trabajar para cumplir con sus expectativas.
- Supervisar la experiencia del cliente en viajes de familiarización (fam trips) y visitas educativas para clientes.
- Realizar ventas adicionales y ventas cruzadas a nivel local para optimizar los ingresos por cliente.
- Abrir nuevos canales de ventas y gestionar los existentes para FIT (clientes individuales) y grupos.
- Crear paquetes a nivel local basados en eventos especiales y experiencias locales ofrecidas (liderar la colaboración con los equipos de ventas a nivel nacional y global).
- Cerrar acuerdos a nivel local para grupos y paquetes (reuniones corporativas, grupos estudiantiles, etc.) con el apoyo de los equipos nacionales y globales cuando sea necesario.
- Buscar nuevos productos turísticos y destinos para satisfacer las demandas de los consumidores.
- Prospectar nuevos clientes, como operadores turísticos, corporaciones, DMCs (Proveedores de Servicios de Destino), agencias de viajes, agencias de M&E (Marketing y Eventos) y agencias de marketing creativo.
- Proveer informes de desempeño de ventas a la dirección nacional y regional, siguiendo el progreso frente a los objetivos, éxitos y desafíos.
- Apoyar en la creación de iniciativas de marketing para todos los productos en la ubicación, con el apoyo del coordinador de ventas y marketing del país y proveedores externos.
- Realizar misiones de ventas y asistir a ferias comerciales según el mercado.
- Título universitario en Ventas, Hotelería o Administración de Empresas.
- Conocimiento del mercado local de la hospitalidad.
- Conocimiento en gestión de ingresos hoteleros.
- Dominio del inglés y del idioma local.
- Mínimo 2-4 años de experiencia en gestión de ventas en hotelería (Es un requisito).
- Habilidades en gestión del tiempo, creatividad y sensibilidad cultural.
- Enfoque en ingresos y rentabilidad.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y creativa para cerrar nuevas oportunidades de ventas.
- Capacidad para trabajar y colaborar en un entorno matricial.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y gestión de relaciones.
