We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly organized and systematic Executive Business Partner to support the acceleration of client acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the CEO's right hand in all client acquisition efforts through email and LinkedIn monitoring.
Reply quickly and professionally to any correspondence to land deals and give our prospective clients & partners a world-class experience and great first impressions of elev8 before signing.
Participate in all elev8's sales calls with our CEO to learn our sales dynamics and help with note-taking, updating CRM records from A-Z.
Follow up on next steps in the sales process, whether that involves adding to a special sequence or sending emails per templates/snippets created, sending agreements, NDAs, questionnaires, etc.
Help facilitate sales & marketing collateral as per ClickUp plan.
Support with Sales & Marketing Ops to get things/campaigns launched per 'Smarketing strategy'.
Qualifications Demonstrated success in fast-paced corporate environments, with experience in sales operations management.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
Hungry for growth and success.
Very organized and embracing ClickUp and PM work.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
