**Visitador Médico/Medellín**

**Objetivo del cargo**

Responsable de la promoción médica presencial y remota del portafolio de la línea de Urología en las instituciones asignadas (IPSs, EPSs y Médicos), así como de la gestión de territorio asegurando el nível de adopción de las marcas por parte de su panel médico y farmacias en el cumplimiento del crecimiento de su zona.

**Principales Funciones**
- Promocionar productos para la línea de Urología a los médicos de las IPSs y EPSs en la especialidad de Urología, Ginecología y medicina general relacionadas a su territorio de manera presencial
- Construir relaciones efectivas con su panel médico
- Mantener actualizada toda la información de su panel médico
- Manejar las herramientas para la gestión de su territorio
- Hacer seguimiento de la distribución de sus productos a cargo en los operadores logísticos de sus IPSs y EPSs
- Profundo conocimiento de la enfermedad y del portafolio que promociona
- Asegurar las metas de venta y los indicadores establecidos para su territorio
- Adherirse a los lineamientos de ética en los negocios
- Mantener una comunicación empática y asertiva con mis compañeros y Manager.

**Requisitos**
- Profesional en el área de la salud o áreas administrativas
- Experiência de 3 años en adelante en posiciones similares, preferiblemente manejando líneas especializadas en Medellín
- Deseable conocimiento en mercado institucional y productos de Urología
- Manejo de paquete office.
- Manejo de CRM (deseable)
- Comunicación empática y asertiva e influencia para crear relaciones con su panel médico, centradas en las necesidades del paciente
- Competencias de orientación a resultados, planeación, organización y orientación al cliente.
- Persona disciplinada, proactiva, autónoma y organizada
- Ciudad de residencia: Medellín
