**What You'll Bring**:
El puesto requiere las siguientes calificaciones y antecedentes:
- Licenciatura en carreras administrativas, y/u otra disciplina relacionada.
- Experiência en ventas consultivas, preferiblemente para empresas RETAIL de crédito y otros negocios relacionados como: originadores de crédito no regulados para electrodomésticos, motocicletas, venta directa y otros servicios.
- Preferible 3 o más años de experiência comercial en general y experiência en ventas. Deseable venta consultiva.
- Ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia, con posibilidad de viajar dentro de Colombia.
- El conocimiento sobre la industria de informes de crédito o la experiência en planificación de negocios internacionales sería una ventaja.
- Debe dominar Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Sales force, PowerBI y el conjunto de aplicaciones de Office.
- Excelente comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo dinámico en un entorno que cambia rápidamente.
- Sólidas capacidades de gestión de proyectos y gran atención al detalle; Se siente cómodo trabajando bajo prioridades conflictivas y produciendo entregables claves.
- Juicio de negocios sano y habilidades excelentes de resolución de problemas e influencia.
- Habilidades organizativas e interpersonales competentes.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de problemas/toma de decisiones y comunicación.
- Una alta ética de trabajo combinada con visión.
**Impact You'll Make**:
Como vas a Contribuir:
- Responsable de alcanzar el objetivo de ingresos anuales para su base de clientes objetivo de "alta oportunidad".
- Proporcionar pronósticos oportunos y precisos y una visibilidad clara sobre el rendimiento de las ventas y los ingresos mediante la gestión activa de la cartera de oportunidades y las previsiones de ventas semanales.
- Representar la mayor parte de la empresa con cuentas clave.
- Construir y mantener relaciones de alto nível con todos los integrantes clave de la cuenta, incluida la comprensión de sus criterios de compra.
- Proporciona cobertura de ventas para cuentas con un potencial significativo.
- Involucra a expertos en la materia para identificar, vender, cerrar y gestionar prospectos de manera colaborativa.
- Asesorar a otros asociados en técnicas de ventas, herramientas y mejores prácticas.
- Demostrar constantemente un alto nível de competencia en habilidades y comportamientos clave (por ejemplo, venta consultiva, prospección y desarrollo de soluciones).
- Muestra un conocimiento avanzado de la industria.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de problemas/toma de decisiones y comunicación.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
