About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to oversee project financials, lead project teams, implement best practices, and ensure timely on-budget delivery. As a key point of contact for clients, you will manage relationships and address feedback promptly.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing feedback promptly;
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring healthy account margins;
- Lead project teams, defining scope and objectives, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery;
- Implement best practices, improve processes, and remove delivery bottlenecks;
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively;
- Coordinate team tasks, set deadlines, and foster collaboration;
- Conduct 1:1s, performance evaluations, and manage career development plans;
- Support recruitment efforts and team promotions;
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;
- Continuously enhance project management processes and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management;
- Experience as a delivery manager;
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions;
- Experience managing external clients;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools;
- Exceptional English level, communication, and leadership skills;
- Experience with sales and pre-sales activities is a plus.
