Customer Success Specialist

UCS is an EdTech startup that believes in creating the best software solutions to streamline educational processes. We develop software tools that aim to improve the students' educational experience.
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who is excited to join a small team working towards a big goal and is passionate about implementing technology that positively impacts student lives.
Job Duties:
Provide excellent first point of contact customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all dealings with customers and prospects.
- Develop deep expertise in our software products and processes.
- Provide thoughtful and competent replies to customer inquiries.
- Help customers with requests and questions.
- Build relationships with customers and promote best practices for our products and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Must have excellent analytical skills.
- 1-2 years' prior experience in a direct client support role
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
