**Description**:
VIDA Select is seeking outgoing, dynamic people who thrive on connecting with and helping others to join our team of Account Managers We are expanding our global team, and currently focusing on hiring in Canada.

As a client-facing Account Manager, you’ll guide your clients through every step of our modern matchmaking process - from understanding what they’re looking for to overseeing the execution of the service itself For a person with the right skills, drive and personality, this will be a very fun and rewarding job.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Serve as the direct point of communication for each client. As such, it’s vital to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Ensure success for our clients, including developing and executing a dating strategy for each client, maximizing results and setting clear expectations in regards to those results.
- Provide QA on the matches for your clients.
- Work with creative writers who are responsible for communicating with matches, and arranging dates with those who meet the client’s approval.
- Attend scheduled team conference calls and a quarterly company-wide virtual meeting.

**Job Requirements**:
**Essential Job Requirements**:

- Due to the training time that we invest in new hires, you must make a 1-year commitment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills - must have solid English skills, both spoken and written.
- 5+ years experience in similar fields (Customer Service, Account Management, Client Relations, Sales, Project Management, Social Media Management).
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. We are looking for people who are detail oriented and process driven
- A solid grasp of the dynamics of male/female interaction, as well as an interest in human relationships.
- Motivation to succeed and a passion for helping others.
- Most of our clients are in the US, and our company time zone is EDT. The ability to work US EST hours is required to serve our clients. We split the day into two time periods, to be sure we can communicate quickly with our team and our clients.
- Morning Shift: 9 - 1 pm EDT / EST
- Evening Shift: 5 pm - 10 EDT / EST
- You can set your own schedule within that time frame, as long as you are getting your workload in, so there is flexibility day to day. To start, the position is 7 days a week but upon completing the initial orientation period, you’ll have a regular day off.
- Have a stable, reliable, and strong Internet connection.

**Skills & Experience That Are A “Plus:”**
- 10+ years experience in similar fields (Customer Service, Account Management, Client Relations)
- Experience working directly with clients in the US, Canada, UK
- Previous leadership experience
- Background in Psychology, Matchmaking, Sociology
- Background in Creative / Technical Writing
- Experience in Social Media Management
