Google Ads Manager for Lead Generation

**About Home Service Direct**: Home Service Direct is a fast-growing lead generation agency specializing in providing lead generation for home services businesses. Our mission is to help our clients grow and prosper by delivering the best leads while expanding our reach into new niches.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Google Ads Management: Setting up and managing Google Ads accounts using the existing framework via Google Ads Editor. Implementing daily adjustments to optimize overall account performance.
- Landing Page Development: Creating and setting up landing pages via Unbounce. Design skills will be considered beneficial.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborating with the team to improve ad account performance, utilizing Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Must exhibit strong managerial skills.
- Continuous Improvement: A strong desire to continuously learn and enhance skills over time to stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the company's growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Google Ads management, especially local campaigns.
- Familiarity with Unbounce or similar landing page tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent managerial and team collaboration skills.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Google Ads certification would be a plus.
