**Google Ads Specialist - Lead Campaign Sponsor & Coordinator**
**The Role**
As the Lead Campaign Sponsor & Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team, managing a dedicated portfolio of eCommerce clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Account Audit & Strategy Development**: Conducting meticulous audits of specific Google Ads accounts, identifying optimization opportunities, and suggesting robust strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Designing, launching, and fine-tuning Google Shopping campaigns to align with client business objectives.
- **Consulting**: Serving as the in-house expert, offering guidance on sophisticated Google Ads and Shopping techniques and best practices.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Evaluating campaign performances, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations for consistent enhancement.
- **Manage New Clients Department**: Evaluating potential clients' campaigns and strategies and onboarding them when they become clients.
**Team Collaboration, Quality Control, and Project Management**:
- Holding 2-3 virtual weekly meetings with our team to discuss campaign dynamics, outcomes, and forthcoming strategies.
- Overseeing campaigns to ensure they meet our high standards and align with client objectives (Quality Control).
- Managing projects using tools like ClickUp to track progress effectively.
- Overseeing the accomplishment of team goals and reporting back to management on the team's performance.
In addition to your client-focused work, you will actively engage in these internal team activities, helping us maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations.
- Manage a book of clients on Google Ads for eCommerce.
- Help oversee campaign results and find efficiency.
- Test new Google Ads scripts to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with the lead manager to develop growth strategies for the team and clients.
- **3+ years of experience** managing Google Ads campaigns with a pronounced emphasis on Google Shopping for eCommerce stores.
- Demonstrated success in driving results for eCommerce clients via Google Shopping campaigns.
- **You must love learning new things since our industry is changing all the time.*.**:
- Profound analytical acumen with the knack to decode data into executable strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical/reporting instruments.
- Certification in Google Ads and Google Shopping is advantageous.
- A self-starter with the capability to work autonomously yet maintain a close rapport with our internal team.
**What you get**:
