¿A qué se dedica Construsoft? Nuestro objetivo es aumentar la productividad del sector de la construcción facilitando un trabajo colaborativo efectivo y la digitalización de procesos de forma sencilla, fiable y rentable.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- **Online Advertising** | Campañas Diseñar y ejecutar campañas publicitarias efectivas en Google Ads, Meta y otras plataformas publicitarias online.
- **Linkedin Automation** | Utilizar herramientas de automatización para la generación de leads en LinkedIn.
- **B2B Lead generation** | Colaborar con nuestro equipo de ventas para crear estrategias efectivas de marketing y ventas.
- **Marketing performance measurement (MPM)** | Realizar análisis de métricas y rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ajustar nuestras estrategias según sea necesario.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a con las tendencias y mejores prácticas en marketing digital y publicidad en línea.

**Requisitos**:

- Capacidad para conceptualizar y diseñar creatividades atractivas y efectivas para plataformas digitales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración para trabajar efectivamente con otros departamentos.
- Experiência en la creación y gestión de campañas publicitarias en Google Ads, Meta y otras plataformas publicitarias online.
- Valorable: Linkedin y WhatsApp automantion.
- Dominio de herramientas de diseño gráfico como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, entre otras.
- Habilidad para adaptarse a diferentes formatos y tamaños de anuncios en plataformas publicitarias en línea.
- Conocimiento y experiência en el uso de herramientas de análisis y seguimiento de métricas de campañas publicitarias en plataformas digitales, como Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, entre otras.
- Capacidad para analizar y utilizar datos para optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas publicitarias.
- Habilidad para analizar y reportar datos de rendimiento de las campañas, y utilizarlos para tomar decisiones y ajustar estrategias.
- Conocimiento de los KPIs (indicadores clave de rendimiento) relevantes para medir el impacto de las campañas publicitarias en línea.
