**Your role at baxter**:
This position supports the implementation of Human Resources strategies (local, regional and global culture, development, compensation, performance processes, programs and initiatives) in assigned teams in order to strengthen employees' sense of dedication, pride and trust, making Baxter the best place to work.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Accompany and support the Human Resources processes (selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, personnel management, Organizational Development, Culture, Well-being) in the assigned teams.
- Implement and participate in the design of organizational culture initiatives to make Baxter the best place to work.
- Implement/Support leadership development programs and give them timely support in the management processes of their work teams when required.
- Support the accomplishment of individual and team development plans, which allow the achievement of the organization's objectives.
- Propose and implement the development of culture plans and programs that ensure appropriate organizational change.
- Be a point of contact for employees to provide information and facilitate the general interpretation of HR policies, processes, procedures, programs, plans, and activities.
- Implement the use of standards, indicators, analyses, methodologies and tools in the search for continuous improvement of the area management and response to customer needs.
- Stay in sync with current legislation regarding health, environment and safety issues; actively participating and contributing to programs implemented by the company.
**What you'll bring**:
University degree in careers related to the area
Minimum experience of five years (5) in positions where the processes described above are handled, with a focus on culture and development
