**Requerimientos del puesto**
- Título universitario con al menos 3 años de experiência profesional, idealmente en el sector industrial, HVAC y/o ingeniería eléctrica.
- Autonomía significativa, habilidades de gestión de equipos y negociación, y una certificación KNX
- Se valorará al menos una experiência como Formador/a.
- Un alto nível de inglés o español es esencial para este puesto, tanto hablado como escrito.

Adjunto/a al Director de Ventas en LATAM, serás el/la embajador/a de la empresa en tu ubicación, promoviendo los productos y encarnando la visión y los valores de la marca. Desempeñarás un papel clave en el reconocimiento de la empresa y en la expansión de su base de clientes en Colombia.
- Desarrollar la estrategia comercial en tu zona en colaboración con el Director de Ventas
- Establecer objetivos de ventas (presupuesto, pronósticos) y monitorear su cumplimiento
- Desarrollar y apoyar a los clientes
- Participar en negociaciones comerciales
- Gestionar presupuestos comerciales
- Realizar el seguimiento con clientes importantes e históricos de la empresa
- Participar en la política comercial de la empresa
- Contribuir al monitoreo competitivo y tecnológico en el sector
- Asistir a ferias locales y nacionales
- Todas las acciones deben ser reportadas utilizando una herramienta de gestión CRM
