**La Oportunidad**
Esta posición está ubicada en **Medellín **en nuestra división de Core Lab.
Estamos potenciando la toma de decisiones médicas y económicas más inteligentes para ayudar a transformar la manera en que las personas manejan su salud en todas las etapas de la vida. Cada día, se realizan más de 10 millones de pruebas con los instrumentos de diagnóstico de Abbott, proporcionando resultados de laboratorio para millones de personas.
Como Ambassador, tendrá la oportunidad de proporcionar la mejor atención a las cuentas asignadas a fin de garantizar el mantenimiento y el desarrollo rentable de nuestros clientes.
**Que harás**
- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan que incluye algunos de los siguientes aspectos: soluciones del ecosistema más allá del laboratorio, servicio técnico de nível básico, desarrollo y seguimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento: Value Expansion (VE), Net Promoting Score (NPS), Soluciones IT y Creación de Valor para cliente y para la compañía.
- Administración de cuentas - es la gestión de ventas y relaciones dentro de las cuentas de Abbott existentes.
- Cuenta de crecimiento - implementar y formular estrategias para hacer crecer y expandir las cuentas actuales al agregar nuevos productos, soluciones y servicios
- Incrementar la lealtad del cliente - es el resultado de una experiência emocional sistemáticamente positiva, satisfacción basada en atributos físicos y valor percibido de una experiência, que incluye el producto o servicios.
**Cualificaciones requeridas**
- ** Bacteriólogo** o graduado en áreas de administración de negocios.
- Conocimiento y manejo del paquete de Office.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales - empatía con clientes.
- Persona proactiva con adaptabilidad al cambio y aprendizaje rápido.
**Cualificaciones preferidas**
- Entre 1 y 5 años de experiência en compañías del sector de diagnóstico.
- Inglés - Nível Intermedio
