En Starcom Bogotá, estamos buscando un **Regional Savings Lead** con más de cuatro años de experiência en el mismo rol. Profesional en áreas de Administración y Mercadeo, como Publicidad, Comunicación Social, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial y otras carreras afines.

Como Regional savings lead, tendrás la responsabilidad de supervisar y garantizar un correcto reporte de los ahorros generados en la compra de medios de comunicación, tanto Offline como Online. Tu papel será crucial en el seguimiento mensual y trimestral de los savings reportados, implementando sistemas de validación con mercados locales y equipos globales para asegurar la precisión y confiabilidad de los datos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- ** Validación y Reporte de Ahorros**: Supervisar y asegurar que los ahorros generados en las compras de medios de comunicación sean correctamente reportados. Implementar sistemas de validación que garanticen la exactitud de los datos proporcionados por los mercados locales y equipos globales.
- ** Interpretación y gestión estratégica de los savings;** Contar con un amplio conocimiento en los tipos de compras y pricing de medios tanto Offline como Online, para comprender los trade-offs en la estrategia de medios y su relación con los objetivos de los clientes. Interpretar los datos reportados y analizar el rendimiento de las estrategias de medios, colaborando con los líderes de las agencias para identificar potenciales riesgos en relación con los compromisos pactados y comunicar oportunidades para gestionar mejor las compras de medios a nível local.
- ** Visualización de datos y reporting**: Identificar mejoras en los flujos de trabajo, en la automatización y visualización de datos para reducir el esfuerzo y mejorar la comprensión de los datos.
- Identificar el mejor estilo de reporting para darle una correcta visualización de los beneficios generados al cliente.

**Requisitos Necesarios**:

- Experiência previa de al menos 4 años en una agencia de medios.
- Amplio conocimiento de media trading metrics y reporte de datos de inversión.
- Dominio de herramientas como Excel
- Capacidad para el análisis y mejora de procesos.
- Conocimiento avanzado en compra de medios Digitales y sus plataformas de compra
- Nível intermedio de inglés - capaz de dar visibilidad al equipo global del reporte y gestionar una comunicación directa con ellos _aunque sea por mail._
- Capaz de liderar y coordinar la comunicación con los mercados, el equipo de Global y el cliente regional.

**_Deseable :_**Experiência específica de al menos 3 años en roles de responsabilidad o auditoría relacionados con el control de medios y métricas de inversión.
