CCFS EBS Sourcing Lead - LATAM **This role will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) in the procurement pillar. The EBS organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial, compliance, procurement, and enablement solutions to our Operating Companies around the world.**

This position reports into Sourcing Manager LATAM and is based at Bogotá.

**What will you do**

The CCFS EBS Sourcing Lead - LATAM is responsible for:

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute all steps per Kenvue Sourcing and Spend Management Strategy (RFI, RFP, Bid, Negotiation, Spend Cleansing, Diverse Suppliers) across Latam for categories like Capex, Facilities Management, IT, R&D, Marketing and Professional/Corporate services are preferred.
- Implement category strategy projects.
- Category Management for E2E categories.
- Responsible for maintaining the category cards and suppliers list up to date aligned with global strategy - only for E2E Categories
- Collaborate with Regional and Global Category leaders to ensure full visibility of CCFS categories across Latam
- Continuously improving relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review analysis, performance management and development, improvement of end to end value, and mapping innovation opportunities to the business
- Cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services across CCFS categories.
- Identifying customer issues and complaints and making appropriate recommendations for corrective resolutions and accurate answers to meet client needs and requirements.
- Escalate issues that may impact the Global Procurement organization.
- Benchmarks category practices to identify improvement initiatives
- Is accountable for savings delivery according to the defined targets
- Leads supplier development activities; sets up cross-functional review meetings with key strategic suppliers in order to improve performance and further cost / demand reductions
- Supports the identification of potential contract improvement opportunities and re-negotiations

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Academic background: Appropriate University/bachelor degree qualification is essential. A recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of category at hand is preferred, with substantial professional experience (4-6 years) in the same functional domain
- Strong communication skills, the ability to shape strategy, execute a plan and influence others are critical.
- Strong Negotiation skills and contract management delivery.
- Able to dynamically prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary.
- Proficiency language communication written and spoken in Spanish and English, Portuguese is desirable.
- Desired Qualifications
- Customer focused and experience working in a shared service environment preferred.
- 1-2 Years directly managing others
- Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.
- Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
- Leadership & collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of excel, ARIBA, e-sourcing tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of indirect categories like Capex, Facilities Management, IT, R&D, Marketing and Professional/Corporate services are preferred.
