**Search Lead LATAM**

Somos GroupM, una agencia de medios global líder en la industria. Buscamos un Latam Search Lead apasionado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo en la región. En este puesto de alto impacto, supervisarás atentamente las cuentas de los clientes asignados y dirigirás a un equipo de expertos digitales dispuestos y con talento en toda la región de LATAM.

Reportando al Director Regional de Transformación Digital, serás el dueño de la relación con el cliente, dirigirás y gobernarás la estrategia regional e integrarás SEM, SEO y comercio electrónico.

Conseguirás los resultados liderando las estrategias, desarrollando POV, proporcionando liderazgo de pensamiento e impulsando la innovación.

**Responsabilidades**:
Liderar y gobernar la estrategia regional de Search, asegurando alineación con líderes globales de Search y canales de medios de performance. La estrategia de Search incluye Paid Search, SEO y comercio electrónico, así como la integración de esos canales.

Supervisar al equipo de Search de la agencia para garantizar una ejecución de mejores prácticas en SEM, SEO y comercio electrónico.

Liderar la ejecución del playbook de mejores prácticas del cliente.

Evaluar y proporcionar puntos de vista sobre herramientas y tecnología apropiadas para que utilice el equipo de la agencia.

Escrutar los presupuestos de planificación de las cuentas asignadas para identificar fortalezas y debilidades y asegurar una adecuada asignación financiera.

Asegurar que todas las partes interesadas estén conectadas y desarrollar una red de comunicación eficiente entre todos los equipos.

Contacto permanente con los equipos globales, de LATAM y locales.

Desencadenar acciones clave para impulsar el rendimiento general.

Buscamos a alguien con Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relaciones interpersonales y una gran Habilidad probada para resolver problemas técnicos y estratégicos complejos y con Pasión por el marketing digital y el servicio al cliente basado en resultados.

***Habilidades Requeridas para el puesto**:

- Enfoque al Cliente:Gestionar y controlar las relaciones con los socios de medios y trabajar con el cliente para determinar las reglas de participación deseadas.Negociar y resolver cualquier conflicto planteado por el cliente, la agencia y los socios de medios.
- Trabajo en equipo: Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos de GroupM para garantizar una estrategia integrada y alineada con los objetivos generales del pilar. Mantener una fuerte sinergia con los equipos de Social y Programmatic.
- Innovación: Innovación: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias, tecnologías y mejores prácticas en SEM, SEO y Comercio electrónico, buscando constantemente nuevas formas de optimizar las estrategias.
- Soporte: Soporte activo con clientes divisionales, regionales y locales.
- Orientado a Resultados: Entrega de resultados semanales, mensuales y anuales, basados en KPIS específicos diseñados en conjunto con el cliente para la región.

**Experie**ncia**:

- Un mínimo de 8 años de experiência en marketing digital adquirida en agencias, editoriales o en el lado del cliente y al menos 4 años liderando equipos.
- Inglés avanzado.
