**DISTRITECH LLC** se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Account Sales Representative para hacer parte de nuestro equipo en **Medellín, Colombia**. Esta persona venderá nuestros productos a clientes actuales y potenciales en América Latina y USA. Es ideal que los aspirantes a esta posición sean personas dinámicas con capacidad de seguimiento y negociación. Preferiblemente con experiência en ambientes de trading, ágiles y con ciclos de venta cortos.
**Responsabilidades**:
**1. **Gestión de cuentas clave**: Desarrollar relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes en el territorio asignado.
- Ser el punto de contacto principal, estableciendo una comunicación efectiva y construyendo confianza.
- Comprender las necesidades y objetivos de cada cliente adaptando las estrategias de venta.
**2. Desarrollo de negocios**: Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas asignadas y desarrollar estrategias para maximizar las ventas y la
rentabilidad.
- Presentar nuevos productos que puedan agregar valor a los clientes y satisfacer sus necesidades.
- Negociar los acuerdos y condiciones comerciales asegurando condiciones favorables para la empresa.
- Desarrollar nuevas cuentas / clientes en el territorio asignado.
**Requerimientos**:
**Educación**: Profesional en administración, ingenieria industrial, marketing, negociador internacional o afines.
**Experiência**: 2+ años en áreas comerciales con manejo de CRM de ventas y experiência vendiendo B2B.
**Habilidades**: Excelentes relaciones interpersonales, orientación al cliente, capacidad de negociación y comunicación, atención al detalle, capacidad para resolver problemas, capacidad de adaptarse a entornos dinámicos, empatía.
**Conocimientos**: Excel, metodologías de ventas, SAP.
**Idiomas**:Inglés B2
