**Your Role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)**:
As a **Sales Development Representative**, you'll play a pivotal role in generating business opportunities, supporting customer acquisition, and contributing to Ergeon's growth. You'll be at the forefront of connecting with potential clients, setting the stage for successful partnerships, and providing key support to our Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Field Account Managers (FAMs).
- **️**What You'll Be Doing**
Your typical day includes:
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:
- Identify and generate leads for commercial clients and field accounts.
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and Key Account Managers.
- **Client Support & Communication**:
- Review bid documents for large commercial opportunities.
- Create and maintain follow-up structures and communications for client accounts.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and deal closures to FAMs.
- **Team Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Support KAMs by managing lead assignments and coordinating on-site visits.
- Collaborate with FAMs and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**What We're Looking For**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- 1+ year experience in pipeline management, cold calling, and demoing.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, working 40-50 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8 AM-8 PM CST).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (data extraction and transformation).
- Skilled in handling objections and adapting sales strategies.
**What You'll Need**:
- **Location**: Central America, including Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
- **Technical Setup**:
- Laptop with at least 16GB RAM, Core i5 (8th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4th Gen or higher).
- Stable high-speed internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download).
- Noise-canceling headset with a microphone.
- Power backup (250-300W UPS).
