We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our healthcare team as a Medical Office Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting doctor's offices and insurance companies to gather necessary paperwork and information, ensuring a seamless healthcare experience for our patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance offices.
- Coordinate the exchange of medical records, insurance verifications, and other pertinent documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations when handling patient information.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with EMR systems is a bonus.
**Salary**:
- 5 USD per hour. 40 hours per week only (Monday to Friday).
- PST Pacific Standard Time, California. Remote work.
