**Resumen de la Vacante**:
En Profesor X, buscamos un **Agente Bilingüe de Servicio al Cliente** apasionado por ayudar a otros. Si te interesa brindar apoyo integral en el manejo de una plataforma médica, esta es tu oportunidad. Serás el enlace entre los usuarios y la tecnología, ayudándoles a entender el funcionamiento de nuestra plataforma, resolviendo sus dudas, gestionando tickets, realizando presentaciones informativas y garantizando la calidad del servicio.

Buscamos personas con habilidades comunicativas excepcionales en inglés y español, que se sientan cómodas hablando por teléfono y escribiendo correos electrónicos. Si tienes un nível conversacional en inglés y una orientación al cliente sobresaliente, queremos conocerte

**Objetivos de Rendimiento**:

- Proporcionar apoyo a los usuarios en la comprensión y uso de la plataforma médica.
- Resolver dudas y gestionar tickets de manera eficiente.
- Realizar presentaciones sobre el servicio.
- Controlar la calidad del servicio y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
- Organizar y gestionar documentos relacionados con la plataforma.

**Capacidades y Competencias Clave**:

- Manejo de Microsoft Office, Google Drive y plataformas digitales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
- Habilidad para gestionar el tiempo, multitarea y priorizar tareas.
- Orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para resolver problemas.
- Atención al detalle y autonomía en el trabajo.
- Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender.

**Educación & Experiência**:

- Nível mínimo de inglés B2 o superior (persona bilingüe).
- Educación mínima de bachillerato; educación técnica o universitaria es preferencial.
- Ofrecemos capacitación pagada.

**Requisitos Físicos**:

- Capacidad para períodos prolongados sentados en escritorio y trabajando en computador.
