**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the BD team to develop business strategies aligned with trends & customer needs. Ensure compliance with market-specific regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist via CRM, ensuring timely resolution.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their requests, providing clear and concise communication.
- Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on a timely basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and exceeding the required assessment targets.
- Meet or exceed quarterly KPI targets set by the CS Manager, demonstrating strong performance.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English and native language (VN/TH/PH/ID/KH/JP/KR/CH)
- Strong ability to engage with clients and communicate effectively
- Proficient in troubleshooting and multitasking
- Customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
- Self-motivated and reliable with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
