Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and reasons for potential churn.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and finance teams to refine retention efforts.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and updates to maximize their value.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and retention efforts in CRM tools.
  • Meet retention targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service.
