Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and reasons for potential churn.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and finance teams to refine retention efforts.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and updates to maximize their value.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and retention efforts in CRM tools.
- Meet retention targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service.
