**Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist**
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team and make a difference.
**Position**: Customer Success Specialist
**Shift Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Approve and process claims and receipts daily.
- Maintain organized claim files for clients and consumers.
- Assist consumers with account access issues.
- Process daily reimbursements via direct deposit or check.
- Document and resolve consumer issues through daily calls.
**Additional Duties**:
- Train team members and address management queries regarding CDH issues.
- Perform other assigned duties.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school graduate with 1-3 years of related claims processing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
