**Hiring: Partnership Development Executive**

**Position Summary**

elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.

We are rapidly growing and are looking for a Partnership Development Executive who will drive our client acquisition and fuel our growth, working closely with our CEO. Youll lead the charge in the sales process, spotting opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to scale our impact. **Key Responsibilities**
- Overall goal is to help accelerate our client acquisition and growth.
- Relying quickly and professional to any correspondence to land deals + give our prospective clients & partners a world-class experience and great first impression(s) of elev8 before signing.
- Help facilitate sales & marketing collateral as per ClickUp plan and support with Sales & Marketing Ops to get things/campaigns launched per 'Smarketing strategy' under our CEO's instructions.

**Qualifications**:

- C2 level proficiency in English.
- Hight Attention to detail.
- Business Acumen.
- Multitask and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
- Hungry for growth and success.
- Very organized and embracing ClickUp and PM work.
- Not client-facing per-se i.e not pitching and no sales skills are required.

**Compensation and Growth Potential**:
**Bonus**: 3-5% commission of initial payment on all deals (e.g $1,500 USD if/when we close monthly sales target $30k/MRR per month)

**1)** Generating qualified leads on all channels via **elev8media**
**2) **Optimizing their CRM and overall techstack via **elev8tech**
**3)** Improving their lead-to-admit conversion rates via **elev8sales
