You will team up with a small but mighty sales team. You will develop excellent technical knowledge and have a passion for learning about and evangelizing nearshore outsourcing and staff-augmentation services within the Customer Service, Technical Help Desk & Software Development Industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have expertise in B2B sales in the contact center space (call center, IT help/support-desk, customer service)
- Have a constant up do date calendar with availability to and lead discovery calls set up by SDRs with new Contac Center leads
- Constantly driving new business to The Functionary
- Build relationships with new leads, by understanding pain-points, and providing a solution through The Functionary service verticals.
- Customize client presentations, quotes, and SOWs based on client’s needs
- Pipe-Line Management
- Taking new leads from discovery to closed new business
- Work alongside recruitment and other key operational and sales staff to guide the sales process for new leads.
- On-going client management
- always pursuing client satisfaction and up-sale opportunities
- Entering data in a timely and efficient manner in the CRM
- Achieving and surpassing quarterly quotas
- Assisting with the quality assurance process for client facing resumes and contracts
- Participating in the support and on-going success of the entire sales team objectives

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years B2B Sales experience (experience in outsource contact center models)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Willingness to work in a fast past rapidly growing company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
