**Position**: Sales Development Representative

**Working Hours** : Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm CST

**Salary**: 900 - 1500 USD + Commissions

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard new GCs following our step-by-step process
- Nurture relationships with prospects to get referrals
- Provide recommendations based on a GCs’ business needs and usage patterns
- Provide an outstanding experience for prospects
- Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with our Head of sales to achieve sales targets
- Any other related tasks
- Use the following tools to be efficient in your role (training will be provided):

- HubSpot
- Slack
- Gmail
- Sales tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strong interest in sales with a strong ambition to perform and passion for construction
- An action-oriented mindset with an obsession to get the job done with excellence
- Strong communication skills in English (written and oral): please note that we’re also hiring francophones but we require being fluent in English as well
- Excellent active listening skills, clear and concise communication
- Team player, motivated, ambitious and analytical
- Knowledge of residential construction (an asset)
- Experience working in architecture, engineering, or general contracting, construction cost estimating (an asset)

**Compensation**

**The expected salary/ on-target earnings range for the role is $15,000 - $20,000 with a 60/40 salary/commission split.**

There will be a commission of USD 10 per product demos booked which should result in an additional $500 - $800 per month depending on performance.
