**Business Development Representative (LATAM)**
Como **Inside Sales Representative (BDR-LATAM) **serás responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales mediante la clasificación de clientes potenciales. Deberás establecer, cultivar y mantener relaciones con cuentas ya existentes dando seguimiento para comprender sus necesidades e intereses.
El BDR será clave para el crecimiento de la empresa y el logro de los objetivos del departamento de ventas. Cómo parte esencial del equipo, tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir con ideas para mejorar los procesos de ventas dentro de la empresa.
Buscamos un Junior con habilidades de comunicación, capaz de identificar problemas y necesidades de los clientes, pro activa, analítica, consultora, con alta tolerancia a cambios, ganas de aprender y generar cambios, enfocada en resultados y procesos de mejora. *Se aceptan aplicaciones de cualquier país de la región (menos Brasil)*
**Principales responsabilidades**
- Calificar clientes potenciales de las campañas generadas en mercadeo para detectar oportunidades de negocio.
- Contactar clientes potenciales mediante llamadas, correos y redes sociales. Involucrarse en comunidades onlines.
- Buscar nuevas oportunidades de forma pro activa: “_Outbound_”.
- Ser el primer nexo entre la empresa y potenciales clientes nuevos.
- Reporte de métricas y gestión relacionada al seguimiento y generación de oportunidades.
**Requisitos mínimos**
- Experiência 1 año en posiciones similares en empresas de tecnología (SaaS, Start Up).
- Experiência demostrada en calificación de clientes potenciales con base a un ICP y técnicas de ventas.
- Experiência utilizando CRMs de ventas como Salesforce y Outreach.
- Ser residente de cualquier país de cualquier país de América Latina. (No está abierta para Argentina ni Brasil)
- Español nível C1
**Requisitos Preferibles**
- Inglés nível B2
