Concentrix helps the world’s best brands deliver exceptional customer experience. The Global Sales Support Org consisting of Business Development Representatives (BDR) is responsible for creating pipeline for Sales. Our BDRs play an important part in driving revenue by helping to set meetings and qualify leads into opportunities. This position works closely with Sales and Marketing to help create interest and revenue pipeline for our product offerings and services.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a college intern specializing in Business Management or Customer Service to gain hands-on experience in the field of business development. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential customers, developing prospecting strategies, and honing essential communication and sales skills.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to assist in crafting targeted prospecting strategies.
- Research and identify potential customer companies that align with our products and services.
- Evaluate prospects' needs, pain points, and challenges to tailor outreach effectively.
- Quickly learn and proficiently navigate our internal tech stack, including CRM software and research tools.
- Utilize technology to track and manage prospecting activities, ensuring accurate data entry and activity logging. - Collaborate with the business development team to design and execute prospecting campaigns.
- Develop creative and personalized outreach strategies to capture the attention of potential customers.
- Support Marketing events by building out target prospect lists and content
- Skillfully communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects.
- Secure appointments and meetings with key decision-makers to further explore business opportunities.
- Acquire proficiency in cold calling techniques, developing persuasive pitches, and addressing objections.
- Learn to ask insightful questions to uncover prospect pain points and needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to exchange insights and enhance strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on prospecting activities, including successes and challenges.
