**Job Summary**
This position assists teams with various tasks, often taking on project work. He/She applies an advanced understanding of supported products, works independently, and relies on experience and judgment to make appropriate business and personnel decisions. This position performs other tasks as requested.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops agents to be successful in accomplishing customer service, quality, and productivity goals.
- Assists management team in various tasks.
- Adheres to established support process/procedure guidelines.
- Reinforces UPS quality expectations and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Understanding of UPS Service Commitments and Goals - Preferred
- Able to work flexible shifts - Preferred
- Work On Site (Tranvia Medellin)
- English proficiency (Advance)
- Grade 8
