En Interfell nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un experimentado Sales Team Lead para sumarse a un equipo encargado de brindar soluciones de marketing digital de última generación diseñadas exclusivamente para pequeñas empresas.
Entendiendo que en el mundo digital actual la competencia es feroz, y las pequeñas empresas necesitan acceso a tecnología avanzada para destacarse en el mercado.

**Funciones del cargo**:
Buscamos a un Sales Team Lead para gestionar y liderar un equipo comercial conformado por 4 asesores y tu principal misión el garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de tu equipo.
Esta posición es ideal para ti si tienes unas excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, una sólida ética de trabajo y un demostrable historial de éxito en posiciones de liderazgo en equipos comerciales.
Parte de sus funciones serán las de cualificar y asesorar a potenciales clientes sobre la forma más beneficiosa de mejorar el marketing digital de su empresa en base a su situación y necesidades, con el objetivo de que contraten los servicios.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Experiência previa en agencias de marketing digital, empresas de digitalización o SaaS. Experiência de más de 3 años gestionando equipos comerciales. (Excluyente)
- Experiência de más de 3 años en ventas. Conocimientos en Marketing Digital. Conocimiento de técnicas y estrategias de venta. (Excluyente)
- Altas competencias en software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM).
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y negociación.
- Gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.

**Condiciones**:
Contrato indefinido.
