The role:
The
_Resource Management Lead_ sits within regional services and covers day-to-day staffing of delivery resources
He/ she selects and assigns staff with the right capabilities to upcoming projects, creates visibility on staff availability, reviews staff utilization, and escalates potential availability gaps to Talent Acquisition
**Day-to-day staffing**
- Design & enforce resource management policies and discipline (e.g., rotation policies, release policies, skilling policies)
- Conduct local and remote project assignment of delivery resources (staffing)
- Run external sourcing where necessary and act as focal and integration point for all subcontractor process areas from resource requirements, sourcing and selection, onboarding and assignment through to off-boarding
- Serve as liaison with service line and xDC location leads to coordinate resourcing
- Operate tooling and standardized platform for resourcing as per G&T guidance
**Input for capacity and capability planning**
- Review utilization, create visibility on staff availability and identify trends to proactively balance workloads while increasing utilization
- Work with senior leaders (e.g., Service Design Lead) to understand resource requirements and develop resource strategies to meet current and future needs

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields.
- Overall 5+ years of experience in service delivery resource management within complex environments.
- Leadership experience in staffing within IT Services.
- Leadership experience with multicultural teams accross Latin America.
**your knowledge**
- Equipped with firm understanding of delivery staff qualifications and skill requirements
- In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws.
- Proficiency in human resources and project management software.
- Certification as Resource Management Certified Professional will be desirable.
**Your skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Conflict management abilities.
- Handling of confidential and sensitive information.
**Your Language Skill**
Written and verbal English Skill is a must.
Portuguese & Spanish are desirable.
