We are looking for an amazing **IT Support Lead Latin America**, responsible for providing on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and managing and troubleshooting IT issues. As the lead, the person will be in charge of equipment purchase for office and other locations, also managing new bet spot and sports bar location regarding, installation and distribution of all requirements related to IT on site.

Your primary focus will be to provide support to RSI staff members to make sure all computers, network connections, and software are properly functioning. Focus on access management to all RSI staff, focusing on automation. There's plenty of work and challenges as we keep growing - we've quickly grown nearly 130 employees in Latin America and around 700 globally.

**What you'll do**
- Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software
- Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Respond to inquiries from staff and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
- Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot networking and connection issues
- Manage user accesses
- Managing equipment related to meeting rooms and videoconference equipment.
- Advise on software or hardware upgrades
- Order computer systems, computer peripherals, and supplies, for offices, remote users, and bet spots across the required areas.
- Cooperate closely with Development teams, Infrastructure teams, external vendors, and Customer Support
- Help create technical documentation and manuals
- Set control access systems for accessing offices
- Managing Budget and vendor for all IT-related equipment
- Supervising new hires onboarding and equipment distribution.
- Help teams to decide the best equipment for their operations.

**In order to succeed you need**
- Proven work experience leading teams and IT departments
- Responsible for leading and driving the team forward
- Providing guidance to direction to new support staff
- Ability to review new IT developments with internal teams
- Ability to manage vendors and ticket assignments for POR and new equipment.
- Experience with implementing central Anti-Malware and IT Management systems
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
- Very good mastery of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of ownership and a passion for technology
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with mínimal supervision

**One or more of the following (skills) would be nice to have**
- Experience with modern Identity and Access Management Systems
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with ISO 27001 controls and PCI DSS requirements
- Experience with developing and implementing IT processes
