**Responsabilidades**:

- Comunicarse con los clientes por los diferentes canales online brindando solución oportuna
- Recibir y registrar en el sistema definido las órdenes de venta y requerimientos de nuestros clientes, garantizando la gestión acordada y definida
- Realizar seguimiento a las solicitudes creadas por los clientes con el fin de brindar respuestas oportunas y veraces
- Buscar y analizar oportunidades de mejora para potenciar la venta.

**Requisitos**:

- Técnicos en áreas comerciales, administrativas o afines
- Más de 1 año de experiência como Customer Experience (o puestos similares)
- Excelente etiqueta telefónica y excelentes habilidades verbales, escritas e interpersonales
- Disposición para el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
