**The Role**
As our Lead Account Manager, you'll take ownership of client campaigns and are expected to communicate clearly with the team.
Your day-to-day will consist of:
- Monitoring & reporting on Meta performance
- Manage Google Ads accounts for clients
- Launching & monitoring creative/ad copy tests
- Optimizing account performance
- Develop strategies for how to grow accounts and drive better results
- Work with the operations team to refine and improve our PPC processes
- Helping with copywriting ideation (our copywriter will write the final copy)
- Help with creative ideation (our graphic designer will produce the final creatives)
**Tech Stack**: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optmyzr, Gmail, Drive, Slack.**You Are**:
- **Experienced**: 2-3 years in PPC roles with a proven track record of success.
- **Strategic & Data-Driven**: Confident in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
- **Proven Track Record**:You have a proven track record of driving results with Google & Meta Ads
- **Excellent Communicator**: Top-notch client-facing and internal team communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- **Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated**: You thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
- **Growth-Minded**: Excited to share your knowledge and are eager to help your fellow LAMs.
- **Critical Thought**:The process of analyzing and evaluating information in order to form a well-reasoned judgment.
- **Experience with Google Tag Manager: Experience with setting up conversion** tracking utilizing GTM is considered a big asset.
- **Organized**:You’re capable of juggling multiple projects/clients at once & are skilled in time management and self-directed work
