Ubicación:
Medellin(100% presencial)

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en BPO.
  • Nivel de inglés superior al 85%.
  • Remuneración competitiva.

Training:
Lunes a Viernes 8 a 5 (2 semanas normalmente pero puede extenderse a 3)
Operacion: 8 a 6 porque son 45 horas 2 dias OFF entre semana (pueden ser consecutivos o alternados) , se trabajan los fines + recargos de Ley

Descripción del puesto:

  • No se trata de un centro de llamadas, por lo que no se utilizan métricas típicas de call centers.
  • Buscamos empleados que conecten genuinamente con las necesidades del cliente y brinden un excelente servicio.
  • El Representante de Servicio al Cliente (CSR) será responsable de desarrollar relaciones con clientes, técnicos de servicio y operaciones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender a una red de clientes para la mayor empresa familiar de control de plagas del mundo.
  • Contestar llamadas entrantes y realizar llamadas salientes (para agendar servicios y procesar pagos).
  • Ayudar a resolver problemas de los clientes.
  • Realizar entrada de datos, generar e imprimir informes y crear oportunidades de venta


Requerimientos Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
