Si eres una persona apasionada por el servicio al cliente, destacas por tu habilidad para coordinar y despachar correctamente los pedidos, y tienes experiencia en logística y transporte, te estamos esperando

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y asignar los pedidos de nuestros clientes de manera eficiente y precisa.
  • Seguimiento y monitoreo de los envíos para asegurar que se cumplan los plazos de entrega.
  • Resolver los problemas y conflictos que puedan surgir durante el proceso de despacho.
  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, atendiendo sus consultas y ofreciendo soluciones a sus necesidades.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con los conductores y asegurarse de que cumplan con las rutas y horarios establecidos.
  • Realizar un seguimiento detallado de los pedidos y generar informes utilizando Microsoft Excel.
  • Trabajar en equipo con los demás departamentos de la empresa para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Nivel de inglés B
  • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente y despacho de pedidos.
  • Conocimiento en logística y transporte.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y atención al detalle.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para solucionar problemas de manera rápida y eficiente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a los cambios.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos y fines de semana, según la demanda de la empresa.
