Are you ready to elevate your career in customer service while making a meaningful impact? We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the vital first point of contact, answering incoming calls promptly with professionalism and precision. Your exceptional customer service, telephone, and communication skills, including tone and accuracy, will ensure each interaction is handled with care.
You'll play a key part in gathering essential personal demographic and injury information from patients, providing our medical providers with the most accurate and crucial details. Additionally, you will handle translation calls (ESP-ENG) and vice versa, ensuring clear and effective communication for our Spanish and English-speaking clients. Your ability to seamlessly transfer calls to the designated medical provider on call and communicate effectively with our medical team daily will be instrumental in delivering top-tier patient care.

Requirements
C1 English or native level proficiency
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Basic computer and typing skills
Consistent attention to detail and quality
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Strong time management skills with a focus on inbound calls
Flexibility with scheduling: Occasionally cover evening and/or weekend shifts to meet our customers' needs.
